Spring Breathwork & Yoga Retreat

Overview

This retreat is a space for you to take time out from the noise and distraction of everyday life, and come home to yourself. The retreat programme blends breathwork with gentle somatic and yoga movement, sound healing, Yoga Nidra, forest bathing and reflective practices within a nurturing, supportive container. We'll introduce you to Spiritus Breathwork, a conscious, connected breathing practice to explore deeper layers of being, release tension, and create space for transformation. The retreat provides a held environment enriched by the land, wholesome food, and supportive practices to help you reconnect with yourself and integrate your experience. Immersed in the landscapes of St Mullins, where the Blackstairs Mountains meet the River Barrow, this location is a gift to the nervous system, a deeply peaceful and tranquil setting to heal and hold us.
