Transformational Breathwork Retreat

Overview

This four-day retreat is centred on Transformational Spiritus Breathwork journeys, guiding you through conscious, connected breathing to explore deeper layers of being, release tension, and create space for transformation. Immersed in the landscapes of St Mullins, where the Blackstairs Mountains meet the River Barrow, the retreat provides a held environment enriched by the land, wholesome food, and supportive practices to help you reconnect with yourself and integrate your experience. The programme blends breathwork with gentle somatic and yoga movement, sound healing, Yoga Nidra, and reflective practices within a nurturing, supportive container.

Retreat Flow

We’ll start the retreat on Thursday evening with a delicious dinner together, followed by an opening circle and a yoga Nidra practice to induce rest and restoration.
