Class Description
A conscious connected breathwork practice using the SPIRITUS somatic breathwork method, with crystal bowl sound healing. This type of breathwork can bring about lasting change, accessing the deeper layers of our body and spirit, release holding patterns, stagnant energy, tension and stress, helping us to tap into our full potential and experience more aliveness, joy, purpose and fulfilment in our lives. No session is the same, but trust that the wisdom of the body will release what it is ready to let go of. We recommend not attending if you are pregnant and/or suffer from any of the following: High blood pressure Diagnosed Severe PTSD Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis) Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic) Detached Retina Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries Epilepsy History or diagnosis of aneurysms Cardiovascular problems History of seizures Severe Asthma Heart disease Heart conditions Diabetes Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.

Cancellation Policy
Doors open 15 minutes before class start time. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time. Once the class has started, late entry will not be possible. Cancellations up to 4 hours before the class start time will be returned to your account. No shows, late arrivals or late cancellations will not be refunded. Class passes are non-transferable. Should the class be cancelled the pass will be returned to your account or refunded if requested.
