Sound Healing Session
Class Description
Sound healing session using Tibetan bowls placed and played on various parts of the body (while fully clothed). The vibrations and frequencies of sound healing instruments have the potential to dissolve and transmute negative or heavy energies, and bring us to a higher vibrational state. The sounds not only work on a physical level but also soothe our nervous system, clear emotional imbalances, entrain our brain waves to a calmer state of mind, and allow us to enter a deep meditative state where we can receive guidance and insights. The session will include Reiki healing with hand placements and will finish with a short sound bath with Alchemy crystal bowls.

Should the appointment be cancelled from the therapist's side, the deposit will be refunded if requested or appointment rescheduled.
