Service Description

SPIRITUS breathwork is a deeply transformative form of breathwork, where you will be guided on a journey through breath and sound into an altered state of consciousness to access deeper layers of your being to release old wounds and unconscious programming, to connect to your inner wisdom, your spirit, and empower you on your own personal journey to somatic healing with your breath as medicine. The session will include energy work, body work and healing touch, and will finish with a deeply restorative sound immersion with Alchemy crystal bowls. Safety is of utmost importance so please read the following contraindications before booking: -High blood pressure -Diagnosed severe PTSD -Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis) -Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry(anti-depressants, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic) -Detached retina -Recent physical injuries, fractures or surgery -Epilepsy -History or diagnosis of aneurisms -Cardiovascular problems -History of seizures -Severe asthma -Heart disease -Diabetes -Kundalini awakening (spontaneous) -Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergency within the past 3 years -Any other medical, psychiatric or physical condition that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical or emotional release If yes to any of the above, please get in touch to discuss
